Pakistan is home to some of the most extraordinary skiing terrain on earth. The Karakoram, Himalayas, and Hindu Kush ranges provide endless powder fields, glaciated slopes, and descents that remain largely untouched. Unlike the crowded resorts of the Alps, Pakistan offers genuine adventure and vast, untamed mountains. Skiing here is categorized into two main forms: resort skiing at established areas like Malam Jabba and Naltar, and high-altitude backcountry or heli-skiing. Naltar, the cradle of Pakistan's national ski team, offers groomed runs and local hospitality, while the backcountry offers technical, high-stakes descents from peaks exceeding 6,000 meters. With professional guiding and deep local knowledge, Alpine Karakoram Adventure provides access to the best snow and most stable weather windows in this skier's paradise.
